role:duplicity: duba should delete orphaned files in Swift storage

Imagine a folder nextcloud/data that is backed up in parallel (divide: True). If at some point a subfolder is deleted, duplicity has no way to apply its retention mechanism to it, so duba has to do this directly via the Swift interface (using the same retention times).
