Same here.

The problem is your busybox is too old. To get a more recent build, go here (from your device): https://github.com/Magisk-Modules-Repo/busybox-ndk

Then open "update.json"

Then download the Zip file from the "zipUrl"

Then install that as a module in Magisk.

@LinuxDroidMaster Can you please update your guide? It currently points to a very old busybox.

Got fixed for me, i just reinstalled the busybox.
