Not sure whether setting "notouch" to invalid color "#" is intentional. If you want transparent cyan, rgba value #00ffffaa would work and suppress the warning

The installation instructions provided don't work because there is no directory ```bash ~/.local/share/gegl-0.4 ``` That's where I'd expect GIMP to operate out of if it was installed from an APT...
