Cached / Downloaded page is not getting cleared

Hi, Is there a way to clear the cached / Downloaded page from Custom Tabs.

After implementing the plugin, we found that if a page gets downloaded for a particular URL at certain times, Unless we restart the device or clear the cache, a new page will not be shown. We need a way to clear the cache/ Downloaded page/ Force to look page at server.
