Replace /home/me to $HOME and the sort for version control

Hi,

when using CdProjectManualAdd/CdSearchAndAdd could be feasible for the plugin to recognize variables such as $HOME?

Or in alternative could be possible to have some sort of pre-save hook in order to replace "/home/me" with "$HOME" in cd-project.nvim.json.

This could be really helpful for people who version control cd-project.nvim.json.

To now I manually edited the file.
