Ok it seems that after the merge of the Vulkan backend i am not getting this issue anymore, with a bit of testing not even in opengl.

This seems to fix the black screen during cutscene transitions in Dragon Quest Treasures from the issue below as well. https://github.com/Ryujinx/Ryujinx-Games-List/issues/4278
