Turning the system off doesn't seem to work.

When the system is booted holding down the first or second button, powering the system via the power button does not appear to work. The screen turns off, and shutdown scripts appear to run, but the power LED stays green, and sound can still be heard after the system reaches the shutdown state. (Screen turns off).

The only workaround I have found is to power the system on normally once more, without holding any buttons, and then power it off again.
