I think we should take a look at the entire "Get Smart" section of the document and make sure we agree with everything there, and add more as needed.

For instance, idiomatic.js references a number of testing frameworks, and that we do not endorse any of them. I think we should work with the Venus team, and when Venus is ready, we should include Venus in the list. I also think we should endorse it.

Additionally, do we know anything about grunt? Do we want to endorse it in our fork?
