[BUG] - unhandled exception - when selecting an item from a search results list

Describe the bug unhandled exception on selecting an item from a search results list

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour: (Just installed the app and connected to env.) Open the app Enable all options click in search and start typing List of flows is now filtered. When clicking on the far left side of the row (over black triangle), you get the 'Index was out of range'.

Expected behaviour not to see any errors
