White flash/fade on page load

Description
When I open the dashboard section of my instance of LinkStack, I experience I white flash before the elements on the page fade in. I am not sure if this is intentional or not but personally I find it quite annoying. Here is an example of what I am talking about so that you can get an idea of what the issue looks like. I assume all instances are like this since I haven't modified my instance in any way but I will include it anyway just in case.

How to reproduce
Open any page on the dashboard section of LinkStack and you should experience my issue (as long as it isn't a one-off that occurs on my instance). You can also visit https://ma.ny.ax/dashboard (which is my instance) if you are unable to replicate the issue yourself.
Possible Solution
I believe this might be a CSS transition related issue though I haven't dived in to the CSS to know for sure what could be causing it.

There are plans to address this. As it currently is, this is fully intention behavior.
