Hey Thanks for this implementation for the mscnn. The problem here is that i am unable to access the shangaitech data in the desired format. Can you please provide an updated link or the dataset itself in the format you used in your implementation? Thanks.

You can create the .npy density maps from the original shanghaitech data set using these:
