As a user I can DM someone by Clicking/hovering their display name

Kam: Right now it is hard to find people in a large community to DM we should allow people to click in to the username to DM them

  1. When you hover over a display name it should have a popover
  2. Within the popover there should be a button with the text "Message" to the user
  3. When you click the "Message" button it should open a DM with the selected user

Nice to have: Show profile image and display name in the popover

@cheeseblubber Hi, I tried to work on this issue, but I don't think I'm familiar enough with TypeScript yet and not good enough to work on this issue. You can assign this to other people. I would love to contribute to this project in the future if I find an easier issue to work on!

@cheeseblubber Looks like this feature has been implemented. We're able to send DM to an user on clicking their profile picture (it shows a popover). Would you be needing the popover for hover as well?

I don't think we want to have it on hover, we'd like to be explicit :). Thanks for mentioning that this one is done, we forgot to close it. Thanks again!
