End-to-end encrypted DMs

I'd love to see end-to-end encrypted DMs, so I don't have to use Element to share passwords and private keys.

Data breaches happen regularly, as well as government overreach when it comes to subpoenas. I'd like the option to enable E2EE so I don't have to worry about those things.

Especially since we're working on censorship evasion technology, and various governments have tried to DDoS and hack our communications in the past.

Kam: This is something we've felt a personal pain point with too at Linen. We need to do some more research on this so we can build this properly. This is something we would love contributions for.
