Cookies are not working on other system

After running stealer I am getting cookies. Cookies are not working on another system. Is it Chrome security or something else? Cookies are looking fine but not working.

As you can I create a Gmail session on chrome image after that, I run a tool for getting cookies and cookies are being generated

Import cookies using Cookie Manager image

Cookies are imported successfully image

but session is not being created image

I convert cookies into JSON format too by using this and use EditThisCookie extension but still, the session is not creating. https://jsfiddle.net/60py489j/379/

For this purpose, I am using VMware Machine and the actual System for testing.
