Reconfiguration Q4 after testnet resets

Reconfiguration after testnet resets (https://docs.hedera.com/guides/testnet?_hsmi=211182769#test-network-resets) :

• setup the 3 LimeChain validators + 1 read-only).
• Add other validators to the bridge config.
• Setup the configuration for the e2e tests.

Check and Update (if it is needed) the configuration of the:

• Health-check service
• Hashport API
• Hashport SDK
