[Bug] If input/output path contains UTF-8 characters progress display breaks

What happened? If your input file lies at path that has UTF-8 characters, or your output path has them, displaying Render Progress breaks and starts to spit out errors. This happens because aerender itself can't output anything more than ASCII characters. This kinda breaks logs reading.
