CardCoins Integration

It would be really convenient for users to add funds to their wallets without copying / pasting addresses by integrating CardCoins.

They have an API https://docs.cardcoins.co/

Only awkward part would be image uploading since the user would need to hold their receipts up, etc and the camera on Mac isn't great.
