Can't open application on Intel Mac

Cannot open Lily Wallet on a Mac, get the following message:

You can’t open the application “Lily Wallet” because this application is not supported on this Mac.

Application icon also has a a prohibitory symbol over it, see attachment

Using:

  • MacOS Ventura 13.1
  • Lily Wallet 1.3.0
