absolute depth for custom data seems not right

Hi, I change the evaluate.py to get the absolute depth value, and then i convert the depth image to point cloud, but compare with the point cloud converted by the gt depth image , the proportion of the gap is about 30%

I think it is too large to use it, i want to know what happened? and how to solve it ?

Hi @Linkersem can you add some more details like upload the image and the RGBD array? What do you mean by this gap exactly is it MSE distance or Procrustes 3D gap?

Disclaimer: The Depth Anything might not get OOD data correct to proportion but a "30% gap" seems off.
