Fix flows not working with flow scanner in VS Code

Describe the bug I clicked on Fix Flows and got a spinner. I have updated to the latest version of flow scanner along with the latest version of the Salesforce extension plugins

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open project (has 5 flows)
  2. Run Scan Flows
  3. Click on Fix Flows
  4. Spinner with no updates to flows

Expected behavior Fix the flows
