Enhancement: CTRL+U pressed multiple times modifies subsequent command

Perhaps, just like Emacs by passing a progressively incremented numeric argument. I'm specifically interested in cursor move commands (CTRL+(n|p|f|b)), but in this context will probably work for others as well...

Feel free to let me know how crazy I am. I _did not_ add `:lt.plugins.emacs/activate-emacs` to my behaviors file. Nowhere do I map Ctrl-f (neither in `user.keymap` or `default.keymap`), yet...

When I first boot LT, `CTRL + SPACE` doesn't select text, rather it opens the command pane. At some point during development, it begins to work in place of opening...
