Where is the best place to ask questions about the postage board **mini**?

I'm about to start a build and need to decide which board fits my needs. I'm having trouble finding much documentation for the mini board (rather than this full sized one). I have some questions such as

• What's required for the trrs add on board? Do we also need to solder on some resistors or does the board come with them pre-soldered?
• How much power do the pins provide? I'd like to know how many leds I can hook up, and to which pins.

Any help on these questions, or where the appropriate forum to ask would be great!
