[FEAT]: Add support for searching through labels instead / in addition to artists

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

Searching by artists is great, but how can you discover new artists if you still don't know them. Everyone knows Universal Music, Sony Music,... Currently you can search only by artist or album

Why not have an option for searching through labels as MusicBrainz supports it ?

I would also add to this that sometimes I would like to add MusicBrainz Labels to be monitored, not Artists. This is comes into play in cases where a label releases a lot of various interesting music, artist being relatively secondary and rare to repeat.

No plans to change Lidarr to a Label based software

I think the request isn't to change to be label based, but to have a feature in the import lists perhaps that allows for labels. currently we can add series, but having a label list would be useful as @Avamander @tomcdj71 have requested
