Do not report issues when using the Virtual Desktop or ALVR drivers for SteamVR, this is not supported by Revive.

Describe the bug I try and open Echo vr with my valve index and it says "Failed to initialize oculus vr session. Please make sure that you have the latest oculus runtime, and that your headset is properly connected to your pc." I tried the dashboard and injecting but neither work. To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'the revive injector'
2. Click on 'echo vr'
3. wait for it to load
4. See error

I think its because i dont have a device selected in oculus but i dont know how to do that because when i try it just says connect your rift headset and oculus sensors which i was told to skip.
