Can't see the plug-in and Revive option in Steam VR

My device is HTC vive Pro Steam API : v020 Steam组件版本: 1654574690

I installed Oculus Download and install Revive 3.0

But after opening Steam VR, I can't see the plug-in and there is no Revive option

ps：I can see Oculus games in Steam VR, and I can also run Oculus's handle setting chapter,but Nothing else.

How to check? What is the problem?
