[32-bit] Shufflepuck Cantina Deluxe not working in Revive 2.1.1, but works in <2.0.0.

The current version of Revive (2.1.1) can't run Shufflepuck Cantina Deluxe. However, it works on any Revive version prior to the Injector Rewrite in 2.0.0. Albeit with no sound for some reason.

Tested:

• Clicking the Icon in the Revive Library.
• Choosing Inject.. from the tray menu and picking the game exe.
• Dragging the game exe onto %programfiles%\Revive\ReviveInjector.exe
