Vader Immortal launches in desktop mode

Do not report issues when using the Virtual Desktop or ALVR drivers for SteamVR, this is not supported by Revive.

Describe the bug Whenever I launch Vader Immortal, it launches in desktop mode instead of VR mode.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Revive Dashboard
2. Click on Vader Immortal
3. Launches in desktop mode

Expected behavior To launch in headset, not desktop

Environment (please complete the following information):

• App: Vader Immortal Episode 1
• OS: Windows 11
• Headset: Valve Index

Versions (please complete the following information):

• Revive: 2.1.1 - 3.0.0
• SteamVR: 1.21.11

Additional context There is sometimes a crash report when I launch.
