Vader Immortal not able to "press button to continue"

Describe the bug Starting game using revive, then after initial dev logos and title, see this screen: https://imgur.com/vLsxGli Which reads: "Your guardian is currently set to a size that is smalle rthan the recommended play size of 6.5x6.5 feet. Please be mindful of your physical surroundings, and allow for adequate room during the entire experience. Press any button on your controller to continue."

Can't seem to press any button to continue, only clicking in thumbstick to get to steam or home button to go to WMR home stuff, which don't do anything for this. Other Revive games work without any issue. Have tried changing control bindings in Steam but nothing seems to work.

To Reproduce Start game, then not able to do anything.

Expected behavior Inputs would work.

• OS: Windows 10 version 1809
• Headset: Odyssey+

Versions (please complete the following information):

• Revive: 1.9.1.5
• SteamVR: Latest versions of SteamVR and WMR for SteamVR as of Dec-05-2019

Index controllers works fine with Revive version 1.7.3
