Signer cannot see who has sent the request
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Neither the email notification nor the signing dialog shows the information who has sent the document signing request. So it may be hard to decide whether to sign or not if you don't know for whom you are about to sign it.
Describe the solution you'd like There should be the name and email address of the requesting user indicated in both the email notification and right in the beginning of the document signing dialog.
Hi @ssebech,
Thanks for the feedback.
Based on the issue description, we've prepared a proposal to address the problem regarding the lack of information about who sent the document signing request.
Here’s a suggested update for the email notification message:
"There is a document for you to sign, requested by [Name]. Access the link below:"
The goal is to make it clearer to the recipient who is requesting the signature, which should help in deciding whether or not to proceed.
Does this approach align with what you had in mind? Once confirmed, we can proceed with the implementation and apply a similar adjustment to the signing dialog as well.
Also, could you please share a screenshot of the signing dialog you mentioned in the issue? We’d like to ensure we’re looking at the correct UI element before making changes there too.
