Android 9 - keyboard not drawn over in split screen

open any two apps in split screen (square button, app icon menu, "split screen", select another app), with red moon either enabled, or enable red moon: the keyboard does not get the redshift filter applieded

Red Moon version, 3.3.2 10/10/17 Android version, 9 device model. motox4

expected to happen: all possible drawn over pixels drawn over with red shift filter and what actually happened: the keyboard (stock gboard ) did not get filtered (out side of split screen it does get filtered)

i notice the swipe down system menu also fails to interact with user gestures in split screen, could be a failure upstream on the Android maintainer

Note that Android 8+ are not officially supported, see #169.

If I do decide to add support, then I'll fix this, if it is possible.
