Faces workflow: add "Recently tagged" section to faces popup, sorted by number of recent tag choices

Currently the workflow requires me to either scroll alphabetically through names or type it in every time. I often do runs where it will be the same 4-5 people I tag but in iterations.

The described workflow improvement would make that faster
