Face recognition workflow: mark faces as wrong matches for cluster

Sometimes, I will have faces 1 100% confidence that are not matches for the person.

In continuation of the UX suggestion here having a "selected faces are NOT matches" button would help remove false positives and improve precision.

This will allow for a more rapid feedback loop to the face training
