PdfPRow setMayNotBreak property && setter/getter as iText

It would be nice to have this feature (in the same way that is implemented in iText) because is useful when we have to generate PDF files with many tables on several pages.

@haha989 @ernestoacosta75 Hi there, the PR #746 looks really nice, as it implements the API, but I'm still missing the code that implements the actual "may not break" functionality. Any updates on this?
