Support for advanced underline features similar to CSS

It would be great to add support for more underline options, including:

  • Option to specify which color, Underlines to be rendered
  • Wavy Underlines
  • CSS's text-decoration-skip-ink to make underlines skip over descenders.
  • Dashed & Dotted Underlines

These features would enhance text styling options.
