migrate away from ant tasks

apache ant tasks is no longer being maintained and the downloads are hard to get in the meantime. Thorsten mentioned they would still be available on http://maven.apache.org/ant-tasks/ but I don't find it on any mirror linked on the download page linked from that site.

Ah my bad, that was from a howto, did not verify it's still there - this url works as of today:

http://central.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/maven/maven-ant-tasks/2.1.3/maven-ant-tasks-2.1.3.jar

Beyond that, useful enhancement request for sure.
