LibreOffice general performance issue

Hello. Since I dont know where to open it, feel free to move it where it correspond.

I generally use LibreOffice Writter, but this also happens with the others. I have the latest version.

The performance seems to be really slow, like, it is lagging.

Also, the Calc one doesnt show icon on the windows taskbar when it is pinned or opened
