I think this needs a new face.

Those components are scattered around the page and need some order, in my opinion. Some hr are ugly and some breaklines are needed.

Also, it doesn't properly render the html-to-pdf. Also, any clinical forms (encounter forms) that do not follow the 1997 era coding standard we have in place will fail to render in this report.

Yeah, CCR, CCD, and all the other stuff in the Patient Report needs a serious fix.

[Project started] I have started giving it a new face. It will be having a panel to create, read, update and delete the report by a user. As well I will give it a new UI.
