1. Login as Admin
2. Select “Administration” from the top navbar
3. Select "Globals"
4. Select the "Locale" tab
5. Scroll down until you reach "Disable Old Metric Vitals Form", and hover over the caption to see its description

H) Expected Behavior Since this functionality is deprecated, it should be removed as it is no longer required
