Medical Problem tab modal shaking.

A) Outreachy Username: peitra B) Issue Title: ‘Medical Problem tab’ modal shaking C) Report Date: 03/18/2020 D) Sites Affected: Local Instance E) OS/browser used: Windows 10/Mozilla Firefox F) EHR Workflow Module: Patient Finder G) Steps to Reproduce the Issue:

  1. On the navigation menu, click on ‘Patient/Client.’
  2. Select ‘Finder’ from the dropdown.
  3. A tap opens containing a list of patients. Click on any patient’s name.
  4. In the patient details tab that appears shortly, click on ‘Edit Medical Problem.’
  5. On the medical problem tab, ‘click Add.’

H) Expected Behavior: I expected to see the ‘Medical Problem tab’ display without shaking. I) What Actually Happened: When the ‘Add’ button is clicked on the ‘Medical problem tab,’ the modal appears shaking up and down and it is not stable, J) Screenshots With Explanation. A screen shot of the ‘Medical Problem tab’ is taken below but you cannot see the up and down movement of the modal on a picture. image

K) Estimation of Severity: Major, distraction or confusing but workflow can continue correctly.

It should be a firefox issue with the izi modal plugin. Try looking into it.
