Missing files when creating eventlog backup

Administration -> Backup -> Create EventLog Backup

It even shows root passwords. I don't think this is good.

Not good at all. This is a case of a superuser being able to hack their own machine and no-one can stop them. -However...backup.php does exist where it is supposed to. Everything else is the log reporting options on the server. Must be a permissions issue?
