Spanish version has tags in Greek and some in English

Also found the following errors in the Spanish translation: image But the Greek labels is the most urgent one since it affects the screenshots for the docs.

English is expected when a translation for a specific word is missing, but Greek is definitely not expected.

Perhaps we should pull in a new translation table from the OpenEMR project?

I know, it's driving poor Virginia crazy.

She said that she is happy to help if she can, and I do think she would be a great asset on this project. She's our intern until March, so I feel it may be good to let her be involved -- at least with the Spanish side.

Could you please guide her on how to help?

Our Outreachy EHR Coder Intern Candidate has posted an issue for the French labels translation at https://github.com/LibreHealthIO/lh-ehr/issues/1411. Also included the correct translated phrases.
