Fix broken Link : Administration > Alerts menu

Page shows blank on clicking this link, title tab shows unknown. Probably the link is not properly referred to or breaks on fetching the intended page.

Steps to reproduce this

Click on Administrative > Alerts menu

Expected Behaviour

Should show a page of the related menu

Actual behaviour

Broken page observed , blank screen

@jonathanzhang53 Don't worry about doing this. I realized it was a similar problem I encountered. Removed all instances of it from the code.

I think punwai has already fixed this in a PR. Feel free to comment on other issues to work on them

This is "fixed" but the features do not work as the database table changed. The format of the data this uses needs some revision. Let's keep this open, and if anyone wants to take it on I can help. In the meantime /modules/MIPS needs updating to current version being used elsewhere, then this sort of thing can be worked on.
