The cmd dockwidget is too high
I'm using the resolution 1920x1080 and the minimum dockwidget height is 239px. It seems to be a limit of the text area. Can the minimum height of the text area be lower?
LibreCAD versions with the issue (obviously is not a bug)

Request: I would like to resize the panel to have more work space.
@TonyWhite please review 2.2.2 alpha branch - https://github.com/LibreCAD/LibreCAD/releases/tag/2.2.2_alpha-latest There is a possiblity to manage the status bar more precisely, cmd widget is better resizable and, in general,a bit improved docking is included. Plus lot's of other features that are realted to space management (like support of workspaces)
