Suggest / Add instructor notes for Episode 2: importing data

Following the transition to the new Workbench, instructor notes can be integrated into episodes/lessons. This issue is for

Episode 2: Importing Data

Some notes could be copied from the existing notes, but this is also a good opportunity to make sure we have all appropriate instructor notes in place so we can use this issue for suggestions for any additional notes that should also be added.

Issue #208 was close, do we still need to keep this issue open?

@luisaforozco this issue is broader than #208 - I think we should still keep this open as I'm still interested to see if we can get any further suggestions for instructor notes for the episode
