I found the reason. Because in `system/blueprints/user/account.yaml` flex objects are used to load group names, flex is initialized way before expected and for this reason, the registration of additional path...

Flex collection is empty when defined in theme (Call to a member function render() on null)

Can confirm it works again with grav v1.7.44.
