side panel: change width when iframe is open

add a button to restore default width of the panel, or try to fix resize of sidepanel with iframe with root variable

FE add a display name option for ipfs/swarm file

when yuou have >1 files imported from ipfs or swarm you see the list of hashes. would be nie to be able to name them locally 

1. file/folder name shouldn't change color if warning or error occurs, to do not mix with dgit coloring 2. Initialize in git can be added as+git icon in dropdown list
