Visited a site with flash after patching; flash won't work

I installed install_flash_player_ppapi and reinst_flash_w10 (tried 2nd option after first wouldn't work), ran the patcher and got rid of the timebombs, then visited http://www.emofaces.com/emoticons/categories/nature-amp-science/science and the flash on the site still wouldn't work. Just says adobe flash player is no longer supported. I use chrome on windows 10. If i need to share any more information on my computer to solve this issue just ask
