Skipping MS2 Inclusion List

Hi Professor Chen,

I am wondering whether we can skip the MS2 inclusion preparation part. Just removing MS2 scoring in the algorithm. How may I do that since I have no access to relevant mass spectrometer.

My data is from HILIC negative mode and RP positive mode. The acquisition mode is DDA. How may I adapt the data to NetID?

Just a little personal advice: It would be better and more convenient if NetID can adopt the output from MS-DIAL.

This is the first time I used EI-MAVEN. I am not sure why I only generated less than 200 hundred features. MS-DIAL will generate more than 10000 features meanwhile. (All default parameters)
