Category in "____is in the category" button defaults to the first item in the list upon refresh of test window.

I am creating tests where the conclusion states "It is true that _____ is in the category ______". If I refresh the screen, the category selection returns to the first item in the list.

Just a note to myself that I need to see if there is something different between the test editor and the code editor in this regard. Because I feel like we solved this problem before in the code editor.

I suspect that this might have been caused by a problem that was created by Blockly 10 and resolved in v1.6.19-alpha. Going to put this on hold until there is some evidence it's still happening.
