Dropdowns are populating with wrong value on load

Instead of saying true / false, they say "boolean", for example.

I believe this might have been caused by a problem in Blockly 10, which was resolved in v1.6.19-alpha. Going to set this to waiting for feedback to see if it still happens in the new version of the code.
